RealAdvisor reviews

RealAdvisor is rated 4.6/5 on Trustpilot (5,651 reviews), 4.7/5 on the App Store and 4.5/5 on Google Play. Those reviews come from two very different audiences: owners having their property valued for free, and real estate professionals using our tools. This page brings both together, criticism included.

You are an owner or a seller

The online valuation is free and without obligation. It is the service the vast majority of the reviews are about.

What comes up most often

  • An instant, free valuation, with no appointment.
  • A price range readers find realistic for their local market.
  • A detailed report, with comparable properties and how prices are moving in the area.
  • Tracking over time, useful even without an immediate plan to sell.

The criticism we get

  • An algorithmic estimate is no substitute for an expert visit: it sees neither the real condition of the property, nor the work it needs, nor the charm of a place.
  • After a valuation request, local agencies get in touch. Several reviews find those calls too frequent.
  • Some users say they had trouble getting their contact details removed. How to do it is at the bottom of this page.

You are an agent or an agency

Professionals subscribe to RealAdvisor Pro for visibility with sellers, for qualified contacts and for the valuation tools.

What comes up most often

  • A steady flow of seller contacts, at the point where they are preparing their sale.
  • Visibility in the area at the exact moment an owner is looking for an agent.
  • Professional valuation reports, in the agency's own branding.
  • Onboarding support that reviews mention regularly.

The criticism we get

  • The subscription is a fixed cost: it assumes enough mandates to pay for itself.
  • Returns depend heavily on the area and on how fast you call back. The most negative reviews come from agencies that never put that follow-up in place.
  • Depending on the plan, one contact can be sent to several agencies: the seller chooses who they meet.

Frequently asked questions about RealAdvisor reviews

Is RealAdvisor trustworthy?

RealAdvisor SA is a Swiss company founded in 2017, rated 4.6/5 on Trustpilot by 5,651 people. The ratings of the three public platforms are at the top of this page, each one linking to its source.

Is the online valuation really free?

Yes. The valuation is free and without obligation for owners: RealAdvisor is paid by the real estate professionals who subscribe to its services, not by private individuals.

How accurate is the online valuation?

It gives a market range based on comparable transactions and listings in the area. It is a starting figure, not an appraisal: the condition of the property, the work it needs and its particularities can only be judged during a visit.

What happens after a valuation request?

You get your price range immediately. Agencies in your area may then contact you to refine the estimate on site. This is the most criticised point in the reviews: if you would rather not be called, say so when you make the request.

How do I have my data deleted or stop being contacted?

Write to us and your data will be deleted. The procedure and the contact address are in our privacy policy.

What does RealAdvisor bring to a real estate agent?

Visibility with owners at the moment they value their property, seller contacts, valuation report software in your own branding, and a CRM. The detail is on RealAdvisor Pro.
