How do I know which agent is best for my property?

Usually it is the one who has already sold properties comparable to yours, in your neighbourhood, and whose clients are satisfied. The directory shows those three things for every agent in your area.

Where do the transactions on a profile come from?

Agents publish their own sales history, within the platform terms that define what they may display. A published transaction commits the agent who declares it.

Are the reviews verified?

Reviews are left by the agent's clients, sellers and buyers, through a personal link the agent sends them. They are published as they are: an agent cannot remove a review they dislike.

Does contacting an agent through RealAdvisor cost anything?

No. You can contact as many agents as you like, free and with no commitment. RealAdvisor is paid by the professionals who subscribe to its services, never by private individuals.

My agency is not in the directory, why?

The directory lists agencies and agents who have created their profile on RealAdvisor. An agency that is missing can create one for free from RealAdvisor Pro.
