Very competent in his work Very well organized ***** Stars Nothing to contest in the sale of my house and in the purchase of my apartment To recommend Thank you Mr. Isidoro
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Valentina and Mr. Feliciano for the trust placed in my work, both in the sale of your home and in the acquisition of your apartment. It was a great pleasure to accompany you in these two important stages, always striving to ensure a competent, organized, transparent, and close service, from the first contact to the completion of the transactions. Your words of recognition and the five-star rating are, for me, a tremendous satisfaction and a motivation to continue working with dedication, professionalism, and commitment to each client. Thank you very much for your trust and for the recommendation! I wish you all the best in this new phase, now in your apartment. Mr. Isidoro supported us throughout the entire process of selling our old house and buying the new one. He introduced us to an architect who helped us obtain the usage license at a competitive price. He also referred us to a consultant to secure a loan and, more importantly, a very advantageous loan insurance, which allowed us to buy the new house while we awaited the sale of the old one. Furthermore, he kept the keys so that the contractors could carry out the work on the new house, since we live abroad and cannot always be available. For all this and much more, I highly recommend this excellent professional, who knows his work very well and has unwavering patience to achieve his goals.
Dear Mrs. Telma. I sincerely thank you for the words you addressed to me and for the professional manner in which I conducted the entire sales process of the two properties located in the village of Amorosa — transacted by me and my independent real estate agency, the second in partnership with colleagues from Remax —, with the desired and happy outcome for all involved. I believe this is the result of a trust-based work that honors me. I wish that, now and in the future, should you need my services again, I can continue to meet your expectations by providing the same service, with the same quality and professionalism. I would also like to express my gratitude to your brother, Mr. Luís, who was always present and closely followed this entire process. Buying our first property in Portugal was a huge step, but having the support of Isidoro Martins made all the difference. From the very first conversation, Isidoro demonstrated a deep knowledge of the local market, exemplary transparency, and a genuine care in understanding exactly what we were looking for. In a process that can often be complex and bureaucratic, especially for first-time buyers, his independent real estate agency provided us with the security, closeness, and agility we needed. We never felt like we were just "another transaction" — rather, we felt that we had a true partner by our side, always available to clarify doubts and guide us at every step until the moment of signing. We highly recommend Isidoro's work to any buyer looking for a professional, transparent, and highly personalized service in Portugal.
Professional and very accessible so that any obstacle can be resolved. I hope to use your services again.
Thank you very much, Fátima, for your words. It is with great enthusiasm that I take on this responsibility: entrusting me with your property is a confidence that I treat with all rigor and dedication.
