Real Estate Agencies in Póvoa de Santo Adrião e Olival Basto

I would recommend anyone looking to buy an apartment in Portugal to deal with Mr. Luis. I have already bought two houses with him, he helped me rent both houses, and even now I have no contract with him, yet he helps me with anything I need regarding my tenants without asking for any money. Since I live in London, it would be very difficult for me to handle matters with my tenant. He also helped my brother and my cousin buy their house. He is a very nice, spectacular person.

Competent, direct, assertive professional and always careful in explaining the entire process, keeping me informed throughout. The entire process was transparent and swift, and the property was reserved 2 days after being promoted online. The CPCV was signed in the same week! We couldn't have asked for better service and dedication. We recommend!

Excellent professional, always very attentive, dedicated, and available. I highlight his high professionalism, competence, transparency, and the exemplary way he follows the entire process, conveying trust and security at every stage. He demonstrated a deep knowledge of the real estate market, an enormous responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to finding the best solutions. His friendliness, honesty, and dedication make all the difference and clearly distinguish him. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an excellent real estate consultant, who combines professionalism, trust, and a truly human approach. Without a doubt, a five-star professional!

I had a spectacular experience. A person who cares about the client, who always seeks and finds what we need, persistent, does not give up until they find what the client wants. And for me, they became a friend for life. I recommend them to all potential clients.

Acquisition of an apartment, which occurred with speed and security.
