I have already bought two houses with him, he helped me rent both houses, and even now I have no contract with him, yet he helps me with anything I need regarding my tenants without asking for any money. Since I live in London, it would be very difficult for me to handle matters with my tenant. He also helped my brother and my cousin buy their house. He is a very nice, spectacular person.
